Emergent Ultimatum (IKO-185) is a rare sorcery from Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths that costs seven mana and has a tri-color identity. When it resolves you exile up to three monocolored cards with different names, an opponent shuffles one back into your library while you may cast the others without paying their mana costs. The card forces those casts to happen immediately as part of its resolution, ignoring normal timing restrictions and allowing you to pay additional costs but not alternative costs.
