It has Mutate and a triggered ability that, whenever it mutates, exiles cards from your library until you exile a number of permanent cards equal to the number of times it has mutated and then puts those permanents onto the battlefield. This card can serve as a powerful ramp-and-value engine by cheating multiple permanents into play when mutated repeatedly.
