Pikachu (basep-4) is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon promo from the Wizards Black Star series. It has Recharge to search for and attach a Lightning Energy from your deck and Thunderbolt which deals 50 damage but requires discarding all Energy from Pikachu to use. Its design and low retreat cost make it a lightweight, early-game attacker or energy accelerator for Lightning decks.
