Mew (basep-8) is a Basic Psychic Pokémon promo from the Wizards Black Star promos, illustrated by Ken Sugimori. Its Psywave attack deals 10× damage based on the number of Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon, and Devolution Beam returns the highest Stage Evolution from a chosen evolved Pokémon to its owner’s hand and also cures most special conditions. The card has a single Colorless retreat cost and a Psychic weakness, giving it a lightweight role that can be used for disruption or flexible attacking in decks that use low-cost Basic attackers.
