Tornadus (swsh4-142 Cosmos Holofoil) is a Basic Colorless Pokémon from the Vivid Voltage set printed as a Rare Holo. Its attacks let it discard a Special Energy from the opponent's Active Pokémon with Jet Draft and deal 120 damage at the cost of discarding an Energy from itself with Air Slash. It has Lightning weakness, Fighting resistance, and a one Colorless retreat cost which informs its tuck and energy management role in decks.
