The Pokémon VMAX this card is attached to gets -100 HP, and if it is Knocked Out by damage from an attack from your opponent's Pokémon, that player takes 1 fewer Prize card. You can't attach this card to a Pokémon VMAX that has 100 HP or less remaining. You may play any number of Item cards during your turn.

Hero's Medal (swsh4-201 Holofoil) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool from the Vivid Voltage expansion. When attached it reduces the attached Pokémon VMAX's HP by 100 but also causes the opponent to take one fewer Prize card if that VMAX is Knocked Out by an opponent's attack, and it cannot be attached to a VMAX with 100 HP or less remaining. The card is an Item so you may play any number of Item cards while using it and it cannot be attached to a Pokémon that already has a Tool.
