Memory Capsule (swsh4-155) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool card from the Vivid Voltage expansion. When attached, the equipped Pokémon can use any attack from its previous Evolutions, provided you pay the listed Energy costs. It also follows the normal Item rule allowing you to play any number of Item cards during your turn and cannot be attached to a Pokémon that already has a Pokémon Tool.
