Wash Rotom (sm5-40) is a Basic Water-type Pokémon from the Ultra Prism set with a Rare rarity and a single-color retreat cost. Its Ability Roto Motor lets you ignore all Energy costs for its attacks if you have nine or more Pokémon Tool cards in your discard pile, enabling large plays from low Energy investment. Its attack Wash Arrow deals 50 damage to one of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon, letting it target and pressure benched threats directly.
