Its attacks let you move Energy from Benched Pokémon to itself, scale damage with the amount of Water Energy attached, and its GX attack shuffles all Energy from each of your opponent’s Pokémon into their deck. It serves as an Energy-focused attacker and disruption tool that also carries the GX drawback of giving two Prize cards if knocked out.
