It has the Freezing Gaze Ability that disables Abilities on your opponent's Pokémon-GX and Pokémon-EX while it is Active. Its attacks include Frost Bullet, which deals 90 to the Active and 30 to a Benched Pokémon, and the GX attack Polar Spear-GX, which deals 50× damage per damage counter on the opponent's Active Pokémon.
