It reduces the attached Pokémon's Retreat Cost by Colorless and lets it retreat while Asleep or Paralyzed, and it allows you to play unlimited Item cards during your turn. The card attaches to a Pokémon that has no other Pokémon Tool and provides a mobility-focused utility role in decks that rely on frequent switching.
