It has the Poison Sacs Ability that prevents the Poisoned Special Condition from being removed when the opponent's Pokémon evolves or devolves. Its Toxic Secretion attack poisons the opponent's Active Pokémon and places two damage counters between turns while requiring one Psychic Energy and dealing 40 damage.
