Buff Padding (sm9-136) is a Trainer — Pokémon Tool card from the Team Up expansion. When attached to a Pokémon with a Retreat Cost of exactly 4 it grants that Pokémon +50 HP and it must be attached to a Pokémon that has no other Pokémon Tool. It leverages the Item rule allowing you to play any number of Item cards during your turn, enabling easy attachment alongside other Items.
