Ampharos-GX (sm9-43 Holofoil) is a Lightning-type Stage 2 Pokémon-GX from the Team Up set. It has Power Recharge to recover Electropower cards from your discard pile, Impact Bolt which deals heavy damage but discards its Lightning Energy, and a GX attack that lets you search your deck for up to seven Pokémon and put them into your hand. Its GX status means knocking it out awards the opponent two Prize cards, affecting risk-reward decisions in deckbuilding and play.
