Description

Voltorb (ex7-80 Reverse Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic Pokémon from the Team Rocket Returns expansion printed as a common. It has two one-energy attacks: Psycho Waves, which discards an Energy to Confuse the Defending Pokémon, and Thunder Wave, which deals 10 damage and may Paralyze on a coin flip.
