Description

Torchic ☆ (ex7-108 Holofoil) is a Fire-type Basic Pokémon Star from the Team Rocket Returns set. It has two attacks: Fireworks for 20 damage that risks discarding an attached Fire Energy on a tails flip, and Spring Back which deals extra damage and Confuses the opponent's Active Pokémon if they have only one Prize left. Its deck-building constraint is the Pokémon Star rule limiting you to a single Pokémon Star in a deck.
