Voltorb (ex7-80) is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon from Team Rocket Returns with common rarity. It has two low-cost attacks: Psycho Waves, which discards an Energy from Voltorb to Confuse the Defending Pokémon, and Thunder Wave, which deals 10 damage and may Paralyze on a coin flip. Its single Colorless retreat and Fighting weakness make it a lightweight, early-game attacker or status utility in Lightning decks.
