Swoop! Teleporter (ex7-92) is a Rocket's Secret Machine Trainer from the Team Rocket Returns set printed as a Reverse Holofoil uncommon. Its effect lets you find a Basic Pokémon in your deck (excluding Pokémon-ex) and exchange it with one of your Basic Pokémon in play, moving attachments, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects to the incoming Pokémon before placing the original into the discard pile and shuffling.
