Qwilfish (ex7-27 Reverse Holofoil) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon from the Team Rocket Returns set. Its Poké-Body, Spiny, makes the attacker take additional damage by repeatedly flipping a coin for heads when Qwilfish is damaged, and it has the Stun Poison attack that can Paralyze and Poison the Defending Pokémon on a successful coin flip. Introduced in the Team Rocket Returns expansion as a Basic Pokémon with a spiky retaliation Poké-Body.
