Qwilfish (ex7-27) is a Water Basic Pokémon from the Team Rocket Returns set printed as a Normal rare. It has the Poké-Body Spiny, which triggers coin flips when Qwilfish is damaged to potentially place additional damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon. Its attack Stun Poison costs Water and Colorless, deals 10 damage, and can Paralyze and Poison the Defending Pokémon on a successful coin flip.
