Houndour (ex7-60) is a Fire-type Basic Pokémon from the Team Rocket Returns set with common rarity. It has the Poké-Body Dark Lift which makes its Retreat Cost 0 if any Darkness Energy is attached, and an attack called Firebreathing that does 10 damage plus 10 more on a successful coin flip. Its role in a deck is as a low-cost attacker with an energy-dependent mobility bonus that can enable easy retreating when built around Darkness Energy attachment.
