Delibird (ex7-21 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Water-type Pokémon from the Team Rocket Returns set. It has the Poké-Power Gift Exchange allowing you once per turn to shuffle a card from your hand into your deck and then draw a card, which can't be used while affected by a Special Condition. Its attack Souvenir flips three coins to produce varied effects ranging from removing all damage counters to placing up to 10 damage counters on the Defending Pokémon.
