Dark Slowking (ex7-9, 9/109) is a Stage 1 Psychic/Dark Pokémon from the Team Rocket Returns expansion printed as a Reverse Holofoil Rare Holo. It has the Poké-Power Cunning, which lets you look at the top card of your opponent's deck and then optionally shuffle it, and its attack Litter can discard up to two Pokémon Tool or Rocket's Secret Machine cards from your hand to add damage. With a single Colorless retreat cost and strong tool-discard synergy, it can function in disruption or discard-focused strategies that benefit from removed cards.
