Dark Houndoom (ex7-37) is a Stage 1 Fire/Darkness Pokémon from the Team Rocket Returns set. It has the Poké-Power Fire Breath which can Burn the Defending Pokémon on a successful coin flip once per turn before attacking. Its attack Fire Payback does 40 damage and deals 20 more if you have fewer Benched Pokémon than your opponent, supporting comeback plays.
