Whiscash E4 (pl2-54) is a Fighting Basic Pokémon from the Rising Rivals set printed as an Uncommon SP variant. It has a one-colorless attack that puts the Defending Pokémon to Sleep and a three-cost Earthquake attack that deals 60 damage while also dealing 10 damage to each of your Benched Pokémon. With ×2 Grass weakness, −20 Lightning resistance, and a one-colorless retreat cost, it fits straightforwardly into Fighting-type decks that can tolerate self-benching damage for the heavier attack.
