Wash Rotom (Reverse Holofoil)

Description

Wash Rotom (RT5, Reverse Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic Pokémon from the Rising Rivals expansion. Its Poké-Power Wash Shift lets it become the Water type until the end of your turn. It also has Drain Wash, an attack that can discard multiple cards from an opponent's hand by flipping until tails, and Cleanse Away to remove damage counters from each of your Benched Pokémon.
