Vibrava (pl2-53 Reverse Holofoil) is a Colorless Stage 1 Pokémon from the Rising Rivals set. Its Energy Typhoon attack deals 20× damage based on the number of Energy cards in the opponent's discard pile and returns those Energy cards to the top of that deck. It also has Quick Attack, which can deal 20 or 40 damage depending on a coin flip, and carries typical weaknesses, resistances, and a one Colorless retreat cost.
