Vaporeon (pl2-34 Reverse Holofoil) is a Water-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Rising Rivals expansion. It has the Poké-Power Undevelop, which lets you devolve Vaporeon back to your hand once during your turn, and two attacks—Muddy Water that hits the opponent’s Benched Pokémon and Evolving Aqua which targets Pokémon with damage counters and deals increased damage if Vaporeon just evolved from Eevee this turn. Stage 1 evolution of Eevee introduced in the Rising Rivals set.
