Upper Energy (pl2-102 League Stamp) is a Special Energy from the Rising Rivals set that provides Colorless Energy. If the player has more Prize cards remaining than the opponent and the card is attached to a non-LV.X Pokémon, it provides two Colorless Energy instead. This card is typically used to accelerate energy costs for attackers when you are behind on Prize cards.
