Description

Shiftry (pl2-13 Reverse Holofoil) is a Darkness-type Stage 2 Pokémon from the Rising Rivals set. It has the Poké-Body Unlucky Wind which forces all opponent coin flips to be treated as tails while Shiftry is active. Its attacks include Conform, which can Confuse if hand sizes match, and Seal Off, which prevents the Defending Pokémon from using Poké-Powers or Poké-Bodies on the opponent's next turn.
