Scizor E4 (pl2-48) is an SP Basic Pokémon from the Rising Rivals set printed as an Uncommon. It has two attacks: Cut for 20 damage that costs one Grass energy, and Crushing Blow for 40 damage that costs Grass and two Colorless and may discard an Energy from the Defending Pokémon on a successful coin flip. Its single Colorless retreat cost and Fire weakness define its basic defensive profile for deck construction.
