Munchlax (pl2-70) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon from the Rising Rivals expansion with the Baby Evolution Poké-Power. Its Poké-Power lets you evolve it immediately by placing Snorlax from your hand onto Munchlax and also removes all damage counters when you do. Its attack, Errand-Running, lets you search your deck for a Trainer card and add it to your hand.
