Heracross E4 (pl2-24 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic SP Grass-type Pokémon from the Rising Rivals set. It has a Focus Energy attack that sets up next-turn Megahorn to deal 100 base damage and a Megahorn attack that deals 50 but fails on a tails coin flip. Its double Colorless retreat and Fire weakness affect how it fits into energy and matchup strategies.
