Description

Frost Rotom (pl2-RT2 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon from the Rising Rivals set. It has the Poké-Power Frost Shift which can make its type Water until end of turn, and two attacks: Hail that deals 10 damage to each of the opponent’s Pokémon and Crushing Ice that does 40+ based on the Defending Pokémon’s Retreat Cost. Its stats include a three-colorless retreat cost, Darkness weakness, and Colorless resistance which affect matchup and mobility decisions.
