Fan Rotom (pl2-RT1, Reverse Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic Pokémon from the Rising Rivals set. Its Poké-Power, Fan Shift, can make Fan Rotom Colorless until the end of your turn, and its attacks include Spin Storm, which can return the Defending Pokémon on a successful coin flip, and Air Slash, a 60-damage attack that may force an energy discard on tails. With zero retreat cost, a Darkness weakness and Colorless resistance, it can function as a low-maintenance attacker or disruptive tech in decks that exploit its type-shift ability.
