Vaporeon ☆ (ex16-102) is a Water Basic Pokémon Star from the Power Keepers set, printed as Rare Holo Star number 102/108. Its Poké-Power Blue Ray lets you, when you put it from your hand onto your Bench, remove all Special Conditions and three damage counters from each Active Pokémon. It also has a Whirlpool attack that deals 40 damage and can discard an Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon on a successful coin flip.
