Skarmory ex (ex16-98 Holofoil) is a Metal-type Basic Pokémon-ex printed in the Power Keepers expansion. Its Poké-Body Metal Gravity places three damage counters on an opponent's Active Pokémon that retreats while at 40 or more HP and can only be used once per turn. It has Whirlwind to force switches and Razor Wing for 60 damage, offering both disruption and offensive pressure.
