Steven's Advice (ex16-83) is a Supporter Trainer from the Power Keepers expansion. When played it lets you draw up to as many cards as your opponent has Pokémon in play and can’t be played if you already have seven or more cards. Because the draw scales with your opponent's board, it's most useful against decks that maintain multiple Pokémon in play.
