Root Fossil (Reverse Holofoil)

Description

Root Fossil (ex16-86 Reverse Holofoil) is an Item Trainer from the Power Keepers set that can be played as a Basic Colorless Pokémon while on the field. It has no attacks, cannot retreat or be affected by Special Conditions, and its Poké-Body Spongy Stone removes one damage counter between turns. If Knocked Out it is discarded but does not count as a Knocked Out Pokémon, and you may discard it at any time during your turn before attacking.
