Pichu (ex16-21, Reverse Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic Pokémon from the Power Keepers expansion. Its Poké-Power Baby Evolution lets you put Pikachu from your hand onto Pichu as an evolution and remove all damage counters once during your turn before attacking. The Cry for Help attack searches your deck for a Lightning Pokémon and adds it to your hand to help early-game setup.
