Pichu (ex16-21) is a Basic Lightning Pokémon from the Power Keepers expansion. It has the Poké-Power Baby Evolution, which lets you place Pikachu from your hand onto it as an evolution and remove all damage counters. Its single Lightning-cost attack searches your deck for a Lightning Pokémon and adds it to your hand to improve consistency.
