Omastar (ex16-20, 20/108) is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon from the Power Keepers expansion. It has Pull Down, which returns the highest Stage Evolution card from each of an opponent's Evolved Pokémon to their hand, and Hydrocannon, which does 30 damage plus up to 40 more depending on extra Water Energy attached to Omastar. A fossil Pokémon resurrected from an Omanyte fossil.
