Description

Kabutops (ex16-10, Reverse Holofoil) is a Stage 2 Fighting-type Pokémon from the Power Keepers set. Its Poké-Body, Primal Stare, prevents the opponent from playing Basic or Evolution cards from hand to evolve their Active Pokémon while Kabutops is Active. It also has Luring Antenna to force a bench switch and deal targeted damage, plus a heavier Blinding Scythe attack for straightforward damage.
