Description

Cyclone Energy (ex16-90, Uncommon Special Energy) is printed in Power Keepers and illustrated by Shin-ichi Yoshikawa. When you attach it from your hand to your Active Pokémon it provides Colorless Energy and forces your opponent to switch their Defending Pokémon with one of their Benched Pokémon, with the opponent choosing which Benched Pokémon comes up. Its one-time attach effect is situational and can be used to disrupt opponent tempo or pull up a specific target.
