Cyclone Energy (ex16-90) is a Special Energy card. When you attach it from your hand to your Active Pokémon it provides Colorless Energy and triggers a switch that forces the Defending Pokémon to be exchanged with one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon chosen by them. The card is used as a tactical tool to remove an opponent's Active Pokémon at the cost of allowing the opponent to select which Benched Pokémon becomes Active.
