Chinchou (ex16-49 Reverse Holofoil) is a Lightning Basic Pokémon card from the Power Keepers expansion. It has Positive Ion, a one-Lightning attack that does 10 and may do an additional 10 on heads, and Negative Ion, a two-colorless attack that deals 10 and reduces damage done by the Defending Pokémon by 10 during your opponent's next turn. Negative Ion's damage-reduction effect gives the card a damage-control role while its low-cost attacks supply modest early pressure.
