It has two attacks: Slash that deals 20 damage and Thunder Jolt which deals 50 but requires a coin flip that can cause Charmeleon to take 10 damage on tails. With a single Colorless retreat cost and a ×2 weakness to Water, it functions as a modest mid-game attacker for Lightning-focused decks.
