Espeon ☆ (pop5-16) is a Basic Pokémon Star from the POP Series 5 expansion of the Pokémon TCG. It has the Poké-Power Purple Ray that can Confuse both Active Pokémon when you put it from your hand onto your Bench, and an attack, Psychic Boom, that deals 30 damage plus 10 more for each Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon. Debuted as part of the Pokémon Star special card line.
