Team Galactic's Invention G-103 Power Spray (pl1-117) is an Item Trainer card from the Platinum expansion shown here in the Tsubasa Nakamura variant. You may play it during your opponent's turn when an opponent's Pokémon uses a Poké-Power to prevent all effects of that Poké-Power, but you cannot play it if you have two or fewer Pokémon SP in play. When played it counts as that Pokémon having used its Poké-Power, which can interact with effects that check whether a Poké-Power was used.
