Team Galactic's Invention G-103 Power Spray (pl1-117) is a Trainer — Item card. You may play it during an opponent's turn when their Pokémon uses a Poké-Power to prevent that Poké-Power's effects, with the restriction that you can't play it if you have two or fewer Pokémon SP in play. It functions as a reactive counter to SP Poké-Powers and can influence when opponents choose to activate those abilities.
